Most websites work fine when they launch. Over the next year or so, software falls behind, a contact form might stop sending messages, and the security certificate can expire. The site also slowly stops matching what the business actually offers. Often nobody notices until a customer mentions it.
With a maintenance plan, we check your site every month and fix problems before they cause trouble. When you need something changed, you send it to us and we take care of it.
What we do each month
- Monitoring. We check your site around the clock and get an alert if it goes down.
- Backups. We keep regular copies of your site and its data, stored separately.
- Updates. We keep software, dependencies and security patches up to date.
- Speed checks. We test your pages on mobile and fix anything that's slowing them down.
- Forms and links. We test your contact and quote forms, and find and fix broken links.
- Changes. New photos, updated prices, a new service or seasonal changes. Just send them over.
Your monthly report
Each month you'll get a short summary written in plain language. It covers what we checked, what we changed, how fast your site is and how it's doing in search. If anything needs a decision from you, we'll put it at the top.
Sites built by someone else
We also look after sites we didn't build. In the first month, we do a full check of speed, security, broken links and search setup, and send you a list of anything that needs fixing.

What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring picks it up within minutes and we start working on it right away. Most problems are fixed the same day.
Do you maintain WordPress sites?
Yes, we can handle updates, backups and edits on WordPress. If a site keeps breaking, we may suggest rebuilding it, because a simpler site costs less to look after.
How many changes are included?
Regular small changes are part of every plan. For bigger additions, like a whole new section, we'll quote you separately so there are no surprises.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month. If you cancel, you keep everything: the site, the code, the backups and the logins.
