Why we do design and SEO together

On a lot of small business websites, the site gets designed first and someone works on SEO later, often a different company. By that point the pages are already set, and the SEO work ends up being small tweaks to what's there.

We'd rather start with the search research and plan the site around it. Since we handle the design, the writing and the code ourselves, every page is planned with both your customers and Google in mind.

Working with us

You'll get a fixed quote before we start, and it only changes if the scope does. We'll tell you what we're doing and why in plain language. We won't promise you a specific ranking, because nobody can honestly guarantee one.

We research and write all of our content ourselves. The domain, code and content belong to you from the start. We also keep our client list small, so every project gets proper attention.

What we use

We build sites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and only bring in a framework when a project actually needs one. Hosting is on Cloudflare, using Workers for anything dynamic and D1 for data like quote requests. For research and reporting, we use Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and keyword research tools.

This website is built the same way. The panel on our home page measures how fast the page loaded in your browser.
